Policies​

Players

​

  • Must be in proper uniform - Mad Skillz shirt 

  • Must arrive to your session on time, text or email if you are going to be late

  • Must check in with a coach prior to training

  • No cell phone use allowed during training

  • Do not interfere with the integrity of the training session (talking while coach is coaching, or goofing off)

  • No rude or disrespectful comments allowed at all.

  • Must turn in all assigned tasks or trackers  in a timely manner, failure to do so may result in slower development rates.

  • No Bullying 0 tolerance. You will be removed from the program without any refunds.

  • Foul language is 0 tolerance and grounds for removal without refund.

  • Must wear proper training gear. No cleats allowed unless training on natural grass.

  • Do not leave the training if you DO NOT SEE Your ride.

Parents

 

  • Parents are NOT allowed to interrupt training 

  • No speaking to other players (unless it’s positive and you know them)

  • Drop off and pick up on time (if you are running late please let us know) failure to do so may result in a $20 fine

  • No food allowed inside (water is okay)

  • Do NOT approach the trainer during a training session

  • Do NOT interrupt trainings by approaching players during a class

  • No kids allowed inside the training facility during training sessions unless they are in that current session

  • No recording of training sessions without written permission

  • Please DO NOT BLOCK parking spaces or walkways​

Photo Release for all players participating in our programs

I hereby authorize Mad Skillz to publish photos of my child on the official social media and mad skillz website and/or for any advertisements and newsletters. The photos will be used to aid potential participants to help obtain a visual depiction of the Mad Skillz experience. I stipulate that the photos not be identified in any way with the personal information other than first names. The photos will not be used for any other purpose than stated above. Not all photos will be used, only those deemed most advantageous for the purpose stated above.

Camps and Clinics

​

  • The only membership that includes ALL camps and clinics is the *Ultimate Unlimited.

  • If a member with "Unlimited " status fails to sign up before the deadline (early bird) they will have to pay a fee to enter.

  • Ultimate Unlimited  Includes all camps and clinics (does not include special events)

  • All camps are FINAL SALE NO REFUNDS ALLOWED

  • The Unlimited pass (sessions only) does NOT cover any camps or clinics

Schedule/Location

​

  • Private Lesson requests: Must be made at least 30 days in advance.

  • Sessions are NOT transferable or refundable.

  • If your player will be late please let us know.

  • You will be charged a session if you don't email within 48 hours prior to canceling your class.

  • Training may take place indoors or outdoors. Most sessions will be held in Rocklin, Roseville area but can also be held in Rancho Cordova, Folsom, Granite Bay and Citrus Heights.

Payments

​

  • All invoices are due upon receipt. 

  • Monthly pricing plans may be canceled whenever

  • Payment options are available but must be set up directly with our administrative assistant.

  • Players are NOT allowed to be dropped off unattended if they do not have a training session

  • Memberships cannot be combined with any other offers.

  • Memberships can not be shared with family members. Each player/student must register individually. 

  • Recovery Room and Study Room have a limit of 1 hour each.

  • Must have a 6 month commitment when using AutoPay.

  • Please be aware a $65 cancellation fee will be applied if you cancel any training session, recovery, or study room appointment, less than 24 hours before it begins. (If a player is ill or injured this cancellation does not apply)

  • Once payment is processed on the account, Mad Skillz cannot issue a refund. 

    No Suspending/Freezing accounts. Unless a doctor note is provided regarding injury.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Makeup training is NOT guaranteed, we will try our best to find a makeup for your athlete as long as you provide us with 48 hours notice of not being able to attend a session. You have one week to schedule the makeup.

  • Make-ups must be scheduled at the same time as the notice of absence for it to be valid (you have 1 week to schedule the make up)

  • Same day scheduling is NOT allowed however, in some cases we may be able to override this policy.

  • Late payments or missed payments If your payment is not processed due to a card error there will be a $25 fee each time your card is declined. There will be a late fee of $25 for payments not processed by the 5th of each month.

  • Unlimited memberships: Players that hold an unlimited membership are allowed to train as much and as many days as they can. However, you must be scheduled and can’t just show up. There are NO DROP INS allowed. 

  • HOLDS/FREEZES ARE NOT TO EXCEED MORE THAN 3 MONTHS

  • Sessions will be automatically deducted UNLESS you email 48 hours before the session that you will be absent. If you do NOT email within that time frame your session will be deducted

  • SESSIONS DO EXPIRE AND ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR CARRY OVER

  • FOR ANNUAL PASSES YOU HAVE 14 MONTHS TO USE YOUR SESSIONS FROM THE DATE OF THE PURCHASE

  • UNLIMITED PASSES ARE VALID FOR 12 MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE

  • Unlimited + includes ALL camps and clinics

  • Unlimited sessions only does NOT include any camps or clinics

  • Annual Passes include two camps either Summer or Winter

  • Pictures and videos may be posted on social media outlets. If you wish to not have your child featured in our posts please reach out directly.

Refund Policy

​

​

There are NO refunds allowed for pre-purchased training sessions or passes. In some cases a partial refund may be approved for players that are moving out of the geographical area. All camps and clinics are FINAL sale No refunds. Any refund request due to a medical emergency may be approved with documentation.

FAQ's

 

 

Q. I don’t see a schedule how do I know when my player can train?

 

A.  Once you complete your players registration form you will be emailed the welcome letter with the next steps in the registration process which includes filling out your players training availability. 

 

Q.  I want to register my player to train but they can not start for a couple months.

 

A.  Please register your player 1-2 weeks before you would like them to start training.

 

Q.  Is training every week?

 

A.  Yes, training is every week.  We ask that your player comes to training on a consistent basis to get the most out of training.

 

Q.  If my player can not make training will we lose the session?

 

A. No, as long as you communicate your players absence the session will stay on your players account.

 

Q.  What shoes should my player wear?

 

A.  Please have your player wear futsal shoes.

 

Q. How long are training sessions

 

A.  One hour

Q. Is there an online portal or something my kid should be doing at home?

​

A. Yes! We have an app on this website under the 'member' tab we also have the level 1 curriculum under the 'curriculum tab available to our players.
